Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliances and/or exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible Content
The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law 4/2004.
To prepare this accessibility statement, we considered the WCAG 2.1 standards. For testing, assistive technologies such as major screen readers (Jaws, NVDA, or VoiceOver) were used, which interpret page content and present it as voice output.
Test results show that some users may encounter difficulties accessing certain pages or features of this site, as they are only partially accessible. Below are the non-compliances and the violated success criteria:
- 1.1.1 Non-text Content: Some images on the site have inconsistent alternative text.
- 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: Heading levels are not consistently used across pages. Additionally, instructions indicating required fields in forms are not always present.
- 1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence & 2.4.3 Focus Order: Some elements are not detected in the correct logical order by assistive technologies or keyboard navigation.
- 1.4.1 Use of Color: The site contains underlined plain text and non-underlined links. Only links should be underlined to distinguish them from regular text.
- 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): Foreground text and background contrast is not always sufficient. For example, green text on a blue background in the NEWS page. Some texts are also overlaid on non-uniform backgrounds, affecting readability.
- 1.4.4 Text Resize: When text is enlarged to 200%, overlapping and truncation occur, making some content unreadable.
- 1.4.5 Images of Text: Some images contain textual content that is part of the image itself.
- 1.4.10 Reflow: Increasing display settings causes some content to not reflow properly, hindering page navigation.
- 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast: The visual representation of foreground graphics and background does not always meet the minimum contrast ratio.
- 2.1.1 Keyboard: Some interface features are not usable via keyboard navigation.
- 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: The site lacks skip links.
- 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context): The site contains generic links such as “Book”, “Here”, “Link”. Some empty links were also found.
- 2.4.6 Headings and Labels: Some interactive elements have accessible names in a language different from the page language, such as the button to return to the top of the page.
- 2.4.7 Focus Visible: Focus is not always visible.
- 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: Some elements lack labels.
- 3.3.3 Error Suggestions: When input errors occur, suggestions for correction are not always provided.
- 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: For some interface components, the role is not programmatically determined correctly.
- 4.1.3 Status Messages: Some status messages are not automatically detected by assistive technologies and/or are displayed in a language different from the page language.
