The Stress and Well Being meeting’s aim is to show the relation between stress and emotions, introducing techniques of Psychosomatic awareness to rebalance the PNEI and encourage the global well-being.
The unespressed emotions, are able to influence the quality of life, generating imbalances in the immune and neuroendocrine systems.
Respecting the environment, adopting lifestyles in harmony with our biological needs, eat healthily and especially being able to get in conscious contact with ourselves, they are just some of the tips to follow in order to feel better.
